 Strikingly similar in mid and butt power to the Mag Taper series, these Spin Jig blanks offer a slightly softer tip flex, a very lightweight feel with plenty of sensitivity and a perfect balance of tip flex to butt power ratio. Offers great fishing performance when a fast, yet soft tip is required. When it comes to Freshwater Largemouth or Smallmouth Bass, Big Trout or Walleye techniques, these blanks easily cover the specifications of each application. Even though we list these as freshwater rod blanks, they are also great crossover models for light to mid range saltwater applications like Inshore and Nearshore.

   All custom rods are wrapped with Color treated thread that is pre-coated with color preserver. Popular options like ProWrap ColorFast offer consistent color retention and come in a wide range of colors and thread designs to offer many decorating options.

Common Rod Repairs

• Replacing Broken Guides: The most common fix involves removing a broken guide with heat, cleaning the blank, then wrapping and epoxying a new one in its place. 
• Repairing or Replacing Handles/Grips: Worn or slippery grips can be cleaned with sandpaper or wrapped with grip tape to improve comfort and control. 
• Fixing a Broken Tip: A broken tip can be repaired or replaced to restore the rod's proper action and sensitivity. 
• Mending a Snapped Blank: A snapped rod can often be repaired by reinforcing the break point with a spigot ferrule or a sleeve, turning a broken rod into a usable backup.
