Exceptions / non-returnable items

All MHX Blanks are serialized and come with a transferable warranty against manufacturing defects. Due to the physical nature of fishing all custom fishing rods are nonrefundable and sales are considered to be final.  If is determined there is a manufacturing defect, then the blank may be replaced by the original manufacturer under their warranty policy.   If applicable, the manufacturer's warranty will be offered in all cases and where necessary our staff will offer assistance in arranging settlement of warranty claims.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
